Today London was victim to a terrorist attack;

Terrorism can not succeed.

  • Police officer Keith Palmer has died after being stabbed outside the Houses of Parliament
  • Four other people died, including attacker, and at least 40 others were injured
  • The assailant drove into people on Westminster Bridge before reaching the Houses of Parliament
  • The attacker was shot and killed by police
  • Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley says it is believed the attacker was inspired by international terrorism
  • Theresa May condemns the attack as “sick and depraved”
  • The PM insists attempts to undermine British values are ‘doomed to failure’
  • Metropolitan Police is urging those involved to call its casualty bureau on 0800 056 0944 or 020 7158 0010

Apple Releases new iPad – March 2017

Apple have rather subtly released a new iPad this week, which replaces the iPad Air 2 and is simply called the ‘iPad.’

The good news is that it starts at a lower price point – £339 for a 32GB model, reduced from £379 for the same capacity iPad Air 2.

The iPad range now consists of the iPad Mini 4, the iPad, and the iPad Pro (9.7 inch and 12.9 inch)

So what are the differences : (Between iPad Air 2 and the iPad)

  • The new iPad is slightly thicker (1.4mm)
  • The new iPad is slightly heavier (32g)
  • The new iPad has an Apple A9 processor – the iPad Air 2 has an A8X
  • The new iPad does not have a laminated screen.
