Subaru Performance-B STI Concept Revealed :
Subaru have revealed their Performance-B STI Concept this week and as a previous Impreza STI owner all I can say is I love it!
Subaru have shown their rally heritage still maters and hopefully this concept becomes a reality in the not too distant future, although I doubt I will able to stretch the wallet anywhere near far enough. I predict Type-R money maybe in and around the £50,000 mark.
From what we can see from the images lifted from various sources across the net there is a modern WRX style interior, but with SI-Drive, and a DCCD selector, along with STI branding and a rally necessity – a flat bottom steering wheel.
A Performace-E STI was also showcased, but it is the Performance-B that absolutely caught my eye and whilst the vocal few having been screaming hate about it, the overwhelming majority consensus seems to be, “Subaru – release this now!!
- Subaru has revealed the Performance-E STI Concept at the Japan Mobility Show in Tokyo.
- It’s a very aggressive, futuristic and rally-inspired fastback that may preview a future performance EV.
- No word on specifications or the intent to produce something like this, but Subaru is looking to launch more exciting EVs, so there may be a chance.
