2026 TT Races Prize Fund :

One of the most read posts annually since 2017 on this site is the Winners’ Payout Details (with over 100,000 unique hits at the time of writing) and since 2017 I have updated annually it with the latest information from the current Regulations Booklet. IMPORTANT : The are some major changes since 2022, for example the Senior TT now awards the race winner – at the end – as opposed to at the end and throughout each lap as per 2022 and previously. The prize for winning the Senior TT has also increased since 2022 from £18,000 to £28,500. The other races have also seen increases in their placed prizes and overall prize pots.

Davey Todd Out of 2026 TT Races :

A statement from the Official TT Page has confirmed that Davey Todd has been ruled out of the 2026 Isle of Man TT Races.

This will be an awful blow to DT who also missed out on the North West 200 last week, however hopefully TTPlus is listening and manages to talk him into the commentary team, he was brilliant on the BBC Coverage of the NW200.

TODD DECLARED UNFIT FOR TT 2026

Davey Todd has been declared medically unfit to compete in the 2026 Isle of Man TT Races by the event’s Medical Team following assessment of the injuries sustained during an incident at the Daytona 200 in March and ongoing review of his recovery.

Todd sustained multiple injuries in the accident, including fractures to his femur, tibia, foot and nose. Following initial surgery in the United States, he subsequently underwent an intensive rehabilitation programme at a specialist recovery clinic in Italy.

Throughout this period, Todd has remained in regular contact with the TT Medical Team, with ongoing cooperation between his treating clinicians and Manx Roadracing Medical Services (MRMS) – the organisation responsible for providing medical services for the Isle of Man TT Races on behalf of ACU Events Ltd.

Hutchinson: The Legend Returns to the Front

For fans of real road racing, Hutchy needs no introduction. A 16-time TT winner, he remains the only man in history to ever claim five victories in a single week (2010). After a few seasons of battling health setbacks and machinery changes, Hutchinson sounds more determined than ever.

“This project is very personal to me,” Hutchinson said at the launch. “After everything I’ve experienced at the TT, I still have that drive to prove we can compete at the very front. We’re aiming for that top spot.”
